INGREDIENTS
20 ml PARAGON Timur Berry Cordial
15 ml La Liqueur de MONIN Peach
45 ml Method & Madness gin
25 ml Belvedere vodka
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml simple syrup
5 dashes orange bitters
1 egg white
Glass – Method – garnish – ice
Martini glass
Dry shake and then shake with ice
Dehydrated lime disc covered in edible gold

To assemble and serve
Pour the PARAGON Timur Berry Cordial and Le Sirop de MONIN Peach into a shaker. Add all the ingredients, ending with the egg, then shake vigorously. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again until the drink is well chilled. Double strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a disc of dehydrated lime covered in edible gold. Serve.
