20 ml PARAGON Timur Berry Cordial
40 ml Gin Mare
35 ml cranberry cordial
15 ml black raspberry liqueur
15 ml Italian aperetivo bitter
Glass – Method – garnish – ice
Old fashioned glass
Throwing
Pea shoots
Big clear ice cube
Throwing

To assemble and serve
Pour all the ingredients in a shaker. Aerate the drink by throwing it. Pour in an old fashioned glass with a big clear ice cube. Garnish with pea shoots. Serve.
