30 ml Plantation dark rum
20 ml Tamara plum wine (umeshu)
1 dash orange bitters & 1dash angostura bitters
Ginger beer

Rocks glass
Build
Deshydrated orange slice
Ice cubes

To assemble and serve


Build over ice cubes into a Rocks glass.
Add bitter on top.
