30 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Pistachio ou Le Sirop de MONIN Hazelnut

50 ml clarified pineapple juice

Sparkling tea

Pineapple leaf, pineapple cracker or roasted pineapple

To assemble and serve


Pour PARAGON, MONIN and pineapple juice in a shaker and shake. Pour into a chilled highball glass and top up with sparkling tea. Garnish with a piece of roasted pineapple. Serve.
