22.5 ml PARAGON Labdanum Cordial
45 ml Engine Gin
15 ml Otto’s Athens Vermouth
10 ml lemon super juice
5 fresh raspberries
1 egg white or foamer

Glass – Method – garnish – ice

Shake and dry shake
Dried petals

To assemble and serve


Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake hard. Stain into the small shaker tin. Throw away ice and raspberries. Shake a second time without ice (reverse dry shake technique). Double stain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with dried petals.
