INGREDIENTS

15 ml PARAGON Labdanum Cordial
40 ml Extra virgin olive oil infused gin
10 ml Vermouth Extra dry
1 bs Sweet balsamic vinegar reduction

Glass – Method – garnish – ice


Nude coupette
Stir & Stain
Colored cocoa butter
No Ice

To assemble and serve


Start by adding strokes of coloured cocoa butter inside the glass. Leave to dry. Pour all ingredients in a stirring glass, stir well and strain in a chilled Nude Coupette glass. Garnish and serve.
