15 ml PARAGON Palo Santo Cordial
20 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Almond
120 ml soda water

Glass – Method – garnish – ice


Collins
Shake
Grated tonka bean
Clear ice collins

To assemble and serve


Pour the cordial and the syrup ingredients together in a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Pour in the glass with a big clear ice collins and top up with soda water. Stir gently. Garnish and serve.
