20 ml PARAGON Palo Santo Cordial

45 ml Tanqueray gin

30 ml Smoked Pear

Top with Seedlip

To assemble and serve


Use 2 shakers. Pour all the ingredients and ice cubes in the 1st shaker. Pour the mixture into the 2nd shaker using a sieve, leaving a good space between both. Repeat several times to bring out the flavours of the cocktail. Serve.
