5ml MONIN Honey Syrup​
40ml White Cuban Rum​
10ml Lime Juice​
Top Brut Champagne

Glass – Method – garnish – ice

Shake / Top Up
Lime Peel
Clear Ice

To assemble and serve

Pour all ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and Strain into a highball glass over a spear of ice. Top with Champagne and garnish with a lime peel.​ Serve.
