30 ml PARAGON Rue Berry Cordial
30 ml Whole Milk (opt)
25 ml  Passion Sour
20 ml White Cuban Rum
20 ml Jamaican Rum

Glass – Method – garnish – ice

Edible flowers
Clear ice cubes

To assemble and serve


Pour all ingredients into a graduated jug except the milk. Stir with a spoon then pour the milk. Wait 10 minutes for the milk to start curdling. Filter with a coffee filter on a funnel. Pour in a glass, garnish and serve cold.
