INGREDIENTS

20 ml PARAGON Palo Santo Cordial
15 ml La Liqueur de MONIN Passion Fruit
10 ml Le Concentré de MONIN Lime Juice Cordial
50 ml bourbon whiskey
50 ml milk
Top with red wine

Glass – Method – garnish – ice


Old Fashioned
Mixing glass
No garnish
Clear ice cube or ball

To assemble and serve


Pour PARAGON cordial and the other ingredients in a mixing glass and pour it over a milk-filled container. Filter it through the coffee filter. Stir it quickly and serve it over on a clear ice cube or ball. Top the drink with red wine. Serve.
