100 ml raspberry soda

To assemble and serve

Pour PARAGON cordial and gin into an ice filled tumbler glass. Top up with soda. Garnish and serve.
Soda base: 700 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Raspberry, 45 gr of lactic acid, 1 gr of salt, 100 ml water
For the foam: 600 gr Philadelphia cheese, 600 gr milk, 80 gr PARAGON Vetiver Cordial , 7gr saline solution, 1 cream siphon and 2 chargers
