20 ml PARAGON Timur Berry Cordial

20 ml La Liqueur de MONIN Amaretto

45 ml Jack Daniel’s

30 ml Suze

40 ml milk or almond milk

10 ml lime juice

Glass – Method – garnish – ice

Clear ice cube

To assemble and serve


Perform a milk clarification by adding the cocktail mix to milk and letting it curdle. Stain slwly through a fine mesh strainer until clear. Serve over a clear ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish and serve.
