INGREDIENTS

20 ml PARAGON Rue Berry Cordial
50 ml Mezcal
10 ml fresh lime juice
20 ml pasteurized egg white
3 pcs raspberries

To assemble and serve


Muddle the raspberries then add all ingredients in a shaker. Then shake well with ice cubes. Double strain in a chilled coupe cup.
