We are delighted to announce that our Paragon Palo Santo Cordial is the 2024 winner of the Spirit Business Award for “Innovation in Production”.
The Spirit Business Awards, launched in 2019, celebrate excellence across the global spririts industry, rewarding the best beverage professionals, products, bars and campaigns. Spanning 5 core areas of the industry, a panel of spririts experts comprising retailers, distributors, consultants, non-profit and media professionals are in charge of selecting the award winners in each category. This event represents a milestone and an exceptional occasion to recognise passion, innovation and excellence across our industry. This year’s edition took place on November 14th 2024, at The Underglobe in London, UK, with over 300 guests present.
During this fantastic evening, PARAGON won a prize for “Innovation in Production” for our PARAGON Palo Santo Cordial, which recognise our dedication to advancing production techniques, redefining beverage craftsmanship and creating groundbreaking solutions for bartending.
During our journey of flavour exploration, we have been deeply inspired by a unique tree from Gran Chaco in South America: Palo Santo. We experimented with innovative extraction techniques, through the use of steam and mollecular distillation technologies, as well as researching gluconic acid’s long-lasting effects. We are commited to pushing boundaries and delivering unparalleled quality through scientific innovation. This award encourages us to keep doing so.
Mišel Posavac, Nate Booker and Graham Brooke were present to receive the award and celebrate alongside the other award winners and contestants.
