15 ml Paragon Rue Berry cordial​
60 ml MONIN Cold Brew Concentrate (diluted 1+4)​
60 ml soda water

Glass – Method – garnish – ice


Highball
Build in glass
Orange Zest
Crushed Ice

To assemble and serve


Pour diluted cold brew and Paragon Rue Berry cordial into a tumbler and fill with crushed ice. Top with soda water. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange zest.
