INGREDIENTS
20 ml PARAGON White Penja Pepper Cordial
10 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Yellow Banana
20 ml Sober R 0,0% or RHHM (nonalcoholic rum)
80 ml ginger beer
60 ml coconut water
Glass – Method – garnish – ice
Tumbler
Shake
Banana chips and mint sprig
Ice cubes
Shake

To assemble and serve
Pour all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker with ice cubes.
Shake then strain into an ice filled highball glass.
Stir gently.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish and serve.
