INGREDIENTS
20 ml PARAGON Rue Berry Cordial
10 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Jasmine
30 ml JNPR n°3
60 ml bayleaf/green apple soda
30 ml pear juice
Glass – Method – garnish – ice
Old fashioned
Shake
Bay leaf
Clear ice cube
Shake
Bay leaf
Clear ice cube
To assemble and serve
Pour all ingredients except soda into a shaker filled ice cubes.
Shake then strain into an ice filled glass. Top with soda.
Garnish and serve.
For the bayleaf/green apple soda
Infuse 15 bay leaves in 1 litre of hot water.
Leave to infuse until cooled, then strain.
Add 60 ml of Pure by MONIN Green Apple.
Carbonate using a siphon.
Shake then strain into an ice filled glass. Top with soda.
Garnish and serve.
