15ml White Penja Pepper Cordial
20ml Umeshu Tomari
20ml Gin
20ml Aquafaba
5ml Lemon Juice
Top Soda Water (approximatively 50ml)

Glass – Method – garnish – ice


Highball
Shake
Dry Fig Leaves Powder
Ice Cube

To assemble and serve


Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice cubes. Strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top with soda water. Sprinkle dry fig leaves powder on top. Serve.
