70 ml fresh orange juice​
15 ml Jalapeño pickles juice​
20 ml eggwhite

Japaleno Pickle Slice
Straight Up

To assemble and serve


Dry shake all ingredients. Shake a second time with ice cubes. Double strain into a chilled coupette. garnish with a jalapeno pickle. Serve.
