15 ml PARAGON Vetiver Cordial
100 ml raspberry soda
30 ml LD gin
Cheese vetiver foam

For the Moninfusion Raspberry Cordial:
700 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Raspberry
45 gr of lactic acid dissolved in 100ml water
10 drops of saline solution

For the raspberry soda:
150 ml Moninfusion Raspberry cordial
800 ml cold sparkling water
1 pcs CO2 chargers.

For the cheese vetiver foam:
100 gr PARAGON Vetiver Cordial
350 gr Philadelphia cheese
350 gr milk
20 drops of Saline solution
1 cream siphon and 1 N2O charger

First, prepare the Moninfusion by mixing all the ingredients together.
Next, prepare the raspberry soda. Pour the desired amount of Moninfusion praparation into an ISI Sparkler bottle and fill it with cold water. Add the CO2 and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before using.
Prepare the cheese vetiver foam: place the Philadelphia cream cheese, milk, PARAGON Vetiver Cordial and saline solution in a blender. Blend thoroughly until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous. Strain the mixture before placing it in the siphon.
In a tumbler glass filled with ice, pour PARAGON Vetiver Cordial and gin. Top up with raspberry soda. Garnish with the cheese vetiver foam and serve.
