5ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit syrup​
60 ml Tequila Tapatio Blanco​
30 ml fresh pink grapefruit juice​
25 ml liquid cream​
25 ml egg white​

Top with kombucha

Shake / Top Up

Straight Up

To assemble and serve

Pour all ingredients except kombucha into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake hard for over a minute. Strain into a collins glass. Top with kombucha. Garnish with an edible pansie. Serve.
