INGREDIENTS

20 ml Paragon Rue cordial​
5 ml MONIN Mojito Mint syrup​
40 ml white rum​
30 ml coconut water​
Top with tonic water

Glass – Method – garnish – ice

Fresh Mint, Edible Flower, Grated Coconut
Ice Cubes"

To assemble and serve


Pour all ingredients except tonic water into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 20 sec. Strain into a highball glass filled with clear ice cubes. Top with tonic water. Garnish and serve.
