90 ml Cascara cold infusion
90 ml Soda water

Glass – Method – garnish – ice


Ice filled tumbler glass
Stir
Lemon peel and coffee beans
Clear ice Collins

To assemble and serve


Pour Paragon cordial and Cascara into an ice filled tumbler glass. Top up with soda.​ Garnish and serve​.
