Vetiver Highball



30 ml PARAGON Vetiver Cordial 

15 ml La Liqueur de MONIN Earl Grey Tea

40 ml bourbon whisky

20 ml mezcal

Top ginger ale

3 dashes cocoa bitter

Glass – Method – garnish – ice

Shiso leaf
Clear ice collins

To assemble and serve

Place all the ingredients in a Highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir and top up with ginger ale. Add 3 dashes of bitter cocoa and garnish with a shiso leaf. Serve.
