5 ml Fino sherry
45 ml Gin

Glass – Method – garnish – ice


Nick & Nora coupe glass
Stir
Umami bitter drops or Yuzu bitter drops

To assemble and serve


Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
