20 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Passion fruit (reduced)
10 ml La Liqueur de MONIN Vanilla from Madagascar
100 ml Dry brut sparkling wine

To assemble and serve
Using a brush, decorate the inside of the glass with Le Fruit de MONIN Passion Fruit, previously reduced.
In a mixing glass filled with ice, add PARAGON Rue Berry Cordial and La Liqueur de MONIN Vanilla from Madagascar.
Stir gently.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Top up with sparkling wine.
Serve.
